Jason is a co-founder of Benthouse Creative with a focus on tech implementation, creative production and business development. Jason’s passion for taking a project from concept to reality combined with attention to detail and a high standard for quality help to ensure every project is a great success.
With over 25 years of professional experience Jason brings a diverse skill set ranging from creative production to full stack software development to each client experience, has worked on projects with brands and organizaions such as the Muppets, Sesame Street, Kraft, Coca Cola, The Walt Disney Company, and many more.
At Benthouse, Jason combines his skills and experiences to provide the best possible solutions and strategies to every client.

Diggy Lloyd is the co-founder and creative lead of Benthouse Creative, where strategy, design, and storytelling come together to create bold, authentic work. Driven by a passion for empowering creators and communities, Diggy founded Benthouse to help clients share their stories and build platforms that amplify their voices.
With 15 years of experience as a commercial photographer and designer, Diggy has collaborated with iconic global brands like Levi’s, Puma, Target, and Paper Magazine. Known for her award-winning imagery, Diggy is a graduate of Parsons School of Design—where she honed her craft under the mentorship of legendary photographers Mary Ellen Mark and Annie Leibovitz. Their guidance profoundly influenced her narrative-driven approach to storytelling. At Benthouse, she combines her expertise in photography, design, and strategy to craft compelling visual identities that resonate and leave a lasting impact.
She is also the founder and publisher of RHIZO MAGAZINE, a free publication celebrating artists across mediums and providing space for authentic expression. Inspired by the beauty of Taos, Diggy approaches every project with creativity, authenticity, and a relentless dedication to meaningful storytelling.

Social lead, Art Director & Designer
Molly is a Designer and Art Director at Benthouse, where she brings creative concepts to life through bold designs that captivate and deliver results. She leads the visual direction of diverse projects, ensuring every design aligns with the client’s vision and communicates their message effectively. From concept to execution, Molly ensures consistency across digital and print mediums.
Her role extends beyond design—Molly collaborates on studio and lifestyle photoshoots with the Benthouse team to create visuals that align seamlessly with the brand’s vision. Before Benthouse, she gained valuable freelance experience on contract projects with the team and worked as a production assistant on video shoots for Taos Ski Valley.
Prior to joining Benthouse, Molly spent nearly four years at Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties, where she supported offices across New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, and Idaho as Marketing Coordinator. She crafted personalized marketing strategies for real estate agents, strengthening the Coldwell Banker brand and driving growth for both agents and the company. Her ability to create tailored campaigns, manage tight deadlines, and communicate effectively established her as a results-driven professional.

As the Creative Strategy Manager at Benthouse Creative, Eli Zablosky is the driving force behind seamless client collaboration and compelling creative campaigns. From leading project meetings to ensure objectives are met, to managing timelines, overseeing deliverables, and producing striking photography for websites and social media, Eli blends precision with creativity to bring brands to life.
Eli’s track record is rooted in a history of entrepreneurial success, having launched and managed three thriving businesses after college, including a celebrated film lab that earned the “Outstanding New Business of 2024” distinction. Collaborating with industry leaders like ESPN, Meow Wolf, and Airbnb has further sharpened Eli’s expertise in creating impactful content and navigating high-profile projects.
